Stormy is a character from the Rainbow Brite series. First appearing in Rainbow Brite and the Star Stealer, she is a weather worker, not exactly a Color Kid. She was voiced by Marissa Mendenhall. Stormy holds power overall is winter. While she may scare people with her storm clouds and lighting bolts, she wasn't really evil. Always ready to help Rainbow Brite and the Color Kids when they are wished. She is very close to her horse, Skydancer. She likes to ride around in the clouds making it rain.
