Rikli, PhD, and Jessie Jones, PhD. The testing was conducted by Maria Alexander of Wellness Studio M in Summit and Claire Bay Marsh, SAGE’s Fun-to-be-Fit class instructor. The purpose of the class is to measure upper- and lower-body strength and flexibility, aerobic endurance, motor agility, and dynamic balance.
