If you prefer mountain biking in long pants, the Pearl Izumi Launch Trail Pants are candidates for the job. The Cordura® face fabric is tough and rugged, able to hold its own against grabby brush. These are water resistant to protect you from mud and rain, with a nice 4-way stretch construction for unhindered movement. These pants add some nice warmth for biking in colder weather, but are light and breathable enough to wear on warmer rides, hikes, or out to the climbing crag.
