The thick black polyamide nylon scales are nearly indestructible, rot proof, easily sanitized, and as easy to shape as wood.If selecting the Special Grade option we will thin the bone-chopping edge to make it more appropriate for woodwork. Please be warned that a thinned Special Grade edge will no longer be suitable for chopping bone.
