I have quite a few meditation chimes. We have them all over our office. We’ll take a minute of silence before meetings often. It’s just a practice of coming back to ourselves and taking a pause in between things. I’ll use it at home and also have several different Tibetan bowls. It’s hard to know where I would be without it. I’m really not calm, so I need something that reminds me to remember where I am and what I think and that grounds me. I have a theory that some people are just naturally more grounded. I’m more of a vision person. I can be a dreamer. As a kid, I was always spaced out, so now I’m always trying to reground.
